S.E.U.C.K games
« on: December 11, 2008, 01:44:33 AM »
Every now and then I get onto a bit of a seuck kick, and am on my latest one at the moment. Looking arond the net though, Ive not found many Amiga seuck games (maybe 18 or so), mostly just c64. Does anyone know of any good sources for amiga seuck games please, or even have any that theyve made themselves but never uploaded ?
Thanks
Near as I can tell this is where I write something under the guise of being innocuous, but really its a pot shot at another persons/peoples choice of Amiga based systems. Unfortunately only I cant see how transparent and petty it makes me look.

I had planned to start an Amiga SEUCK site ages ago, but as with everything I do, that vision fizzled out the moment something shiny caught my eye ;)

Hmmm, maybe I'll dig out my old SEUCK disks and play around with it again...

Although they're an interesting footnote in the Amiga games history, the problem with SEUCK games is that they're universally {bleep}e (at least what I've seen). Isn't there a bunch hidden away on old PD library disks and Aminet?

Well, apart from Smurf Hunt ("OK, Suckers!")! :-D

I seem to recall that the C64 version of SEUCK was exponentially better, though.

looks like there's 2 games for the website and once it gets started and getting more games people will see that seuck exists again and will get interested in making games and the site will grow and grow and grow!

I know this is a long dead topic, but I'd like to let people know about my SEUCK site.

The SEUCK Vault hosts games, tips and information on both the Amiga and C64 Shoot 'Em Up Construction Kit. We now have 40 Amiga games in the archive and over 100 for the C64.

If you have games, tips or anything you'd like to pass on to users of the kit, visit the site at

http://www.seuckvault.co.uk

or contact me at

webmaster at seuckvault dot co dot uk
