I have a 64Mb single-sided SIMM here but the last 4Mb doesn't seem to
work. Can someone tell me if it's laser-printer memory, nibble mode/FPM/EDO and what the internal org, refresh etc. is? The code is non-standard: ------------------------- USA 16X4F4KDW-SS It's 72-pin with tin-leads, it's labelled as FPM 16x32 but I have no other details. It looks like Micron brand but I'm suspicious I have myself a laser printer module here. 64mb SIMMs are so rare to find in this spec so I'm gutted it's not working. :-( |
