Default Finally, an intelligent topic from me!

For Non-Believers:

What kind of miracle/act of God/occurence of nature would make you believe in, and worship a God?

For Believers:

What miracle/act of God/occurence of nature made you believe in, and worship a God?

You could also ask what event/occurance caused a person to lose their faith.

I think your questions assume that Believers were all convinced by a specific thing, where I'd anticipate it's probably a mixture of reasons for most people.

Either of these:

1) Seeing someone being reincarnated (with my own eyes).

2) Seeing a miracle (seas parting etc. etc.

So not very likely you'd agree........ :-)

I'm a non-beliver.

Depending on my mental state at that time, I'd need God to contact me in some way. Most likely I'd belive it was some form of wierd dream (or I'd stop drinking! :-P).

Aparently, around 65% of people in the UK are non-believers of God while the 35% were. I think the numbers are right, i definately know the portion is.

Nothing can make me believe in a God, I find it a conceptual imposibility.

If you want me to believe in a God, you would first have to redefine what a God is.

How come people are always reincarnated as famous people? If it was common, should be like "Yeah, I was assistant latrine cleaner for the top accountant in Luxor." instead of "I was Tutenkamen." or "I was a blacksmith in Rheims." instead of "I was Napolean."
