We have posted an additional 15 laptops for sale on eBay with aggresive BUY-IT-NOW prices. As a nod of approval to Amiga.org and it's users we are offering free US shipping when buy-it-now is used. You must mention your AO username to get free US shipping!

X86 laptop? Why is that good for an Amigan?

1) Emulation-portable gaming. Fellow or even WinUAE would give a good portable Amiga gamingsolution.
2) Portable Amiga. WinUAE or AROS portable on the cheap.
3) Small footprint device for serial debugging. For when you need a second computer hooked up via null modem, a laptop is very handy.

Hm, I just sold my 700mhz celeron laptop with 128mb ram and 10 gig hd for $200 and I thought that was a good sale.

I got 100EUR for a cruddy old P120 laptop with a whopping 16mb ram a few months ago. People are willing to pay ridicilous amounts for laptops.

For good reason too, these things are critical if you must be portable. I miss having a laptop, would give me a world of possibilities for working.
