software failure only when exiting EditPad ?
« on: May 09, 2017, 11:57:15 PM »
the past few days I've been getting a 'software failure' prompt every  single time I exit EditPad (using OS3.9 with BB's 1&2) saying  'program failed (error#80000004). wait for disk activity to  finish--suspend or reboot'.
This past week I've been downloading  alot of new demos but other than that I haven't installed any new  software/hardware so no idea what could effect EditPad ?  Will try later  tonight deleting and installing a newer version if available & see  if error at exit still happens

Happens to me with exiting A-Train. My guess is stacksize or something.

Do a Virus Z scan.
Sometimes we get nasty things from old floppies.
