If you're comfortable with a 3D-printed clone, there's this. Although if that's your own photo I'm guessing you already have one and are looking for an original part.

Well, it's not the floppy disk face plate I'm looking for, but the small plastic piece you can see in the picture which leads the light from the floppy disk led to the from of the case... I'm not sure how to call it so I better use that description.
