Default A1200 vs A500 game compatibilities
Is it true that the only way to play old Amiga 500 games on the AGA is to load Kickstart 1.3 on the Amiga 1200 and then run the game? I can't wait to play Sword of Honnor if that's true!!

No. Depends. From A1200 early boot screen choose disable caches and original chipset, so you can get some old games to work. Or install the (original) games with JST or WHDLoad installers to your HD. Or get a bunch of degraders from Aminet - some of the best ones are Degrader and TUDE.
Or get Relokick floppy to boot to 1.3. So many different possibilities do exist.
