Default NComm floppy install

hi, I'm wanting to install NComm3.0 on both my main 500+ and 1200 and link them via serial. Because I cannot use the A570 and A590 at the same time I cannot install NComm to the A590, how do I install to floppy as when I try, it requires the WB disk I booted from to install to and only has 45k free.

I used to remember how to make a bootable barebones WB disk but that art died decades ago

P.S. I'm wanting to transfer software from the A500+ to the 1200 via CD which is why a HDD install on the 500+ is out of the question.

Cheers in advance.
