PlastiKote Vinyl Color Flat black 405, bonds to the plastic so wont peal off. Also known as Vinyl dye, PC case modders usually use it.

Prep time took awhile :-)

the photo on the left looks like an opportunity to put in a window. Then maybe a neon light. That's what i would do anyway...
