I got one from ricardo (kind of ebay in Switzerland), but the installcd disn't survive the postal transport. It got a bump in the middle of the datasureface.

Anyone here with the same device and willing to share a copy of the installcd? Even a imagefile (ccd, img, iso etc.) will do it.

Isn't that the the same player as the Neuros 442? Would it be the same driver and software? If so, send neurostechnology.com an E-Mail, I am sure they will help. There is also Neuros 442 Forum. Sorry for not being any help.

It is the same. BUT they answered me, thats not our product. Ask the original seller/vendor for support. . At least one could use their firmware to update. But I like to have the original software. webarchive seems not having stored the software.
