Default WHDLoad game speed
Been trying out WHDLoad under E-UEAE today and tried out Abandoned Places.

It was noticeable that it ran with stop starts and the sound also stuttered at this point, it is not really that bad but noticable.

I assume this is down to one of two reasons or both in the fact that the original game was not designed to be hard disk installed or that I am using
a directory hard disk file.

When run from floppy it is all OK.
