Talking Best Vacation EVER!!

Been in Maryland and on the East coast for over a week now and it has been a BLAST!!!

First I met up with some old Amiga friends from NCAUG! That was the best because I got to introduce the gang to my wife. Bringing two big important parts of my life was important and FUN! AND Brian brought and we played with a wearable computer. It was the best!

Spent the whole weekend indoctrinating my wife to the glories of the Maryland Renaissance Festival. Chocolate covered bacon is not all that good.

Took the wife into DC and introduced her to the Albert Einstein statue.

Drove up to New England and hung out with my friend Robert! We talked tech and Steel Battalion ALL NIGHT! It was awesome! That kid is a bonefide genius! Can't wait to see his Steel Battalion controller 360 conversion.

Went to Boston... Still not a fan...

Spent Halloween in Providence, Rhode Island reading original manuscripts from the H. P. Lovecraft collection. Well okay, they were photocopies of the original manuscripts but I was able to read, "The History of the Necronomicon" and several other documents written in his own hand!

Totally drove right around the storm. We saw maybe an inch of snow?

Now back in Maryland relaxing until the I fly out. Ahhh, this is the best!

I'll be back soon and back to the all crazy normal life INCLUDING being a mod. Trust me, I REALLY needed this...
