The name of this mod has been changed. It is no longer a theoretical mod thanks to AmmoJammo! More details on the Amibay thread.

I can't believe no one else had tried it?
All you're doing is using part of the IC that wasn't even in use... if it doesn't work, you can clock it back to 7Mhz just by moving one wire from pin 11 to pin 6 on U6... |
