I'm not sure how to properly categorize what is known to date. Perhaps by weight:

(1)Facts, exposed to date and accepted as such in the public domain

(2)Facts, but not yet made public

(3)Intentions expressed, which might or might not become reality based on certain variables that still exist.
Note:We've had several of these expressed by C=USA.

(4)Hints about involvement with others (personal names and/or well known product names), but without any specifics
Note:We've had several of these expressed by C=USA.

In the final analysis, all we can go by is category(1).
People will still argue whether they like or dislike what is accepted as fact.
The other categories just add speculation to the argument, and are probably not so healthy for peace and tranquility from a website perspective.

Could be, doesn't make much difference if you plan to put your own board in though. The Cybernet PC I had used a 19V DC power brick but had a separate board inside to give the voltages the motherboard required, no reason they couldn't do the same thing. I don't think I'd put voltage regulators like you'd find in a power supply on a motherboard, but it's possible.

Last time a tech gaget was sold in the 21st century in a signature brown color it did not turn out so good.

Well, I am posting as a user and not as staff member of Amiga.org. I am an ex-moderator and nothing more.

Also as you may have guessed "CUSALeaks" is just a play on words. Nothing is really leaked in the sense it was obtained illegally. Most of this has been passed on to me with no restrictions on discussing it.

Here are some questions I asked Barry.

1) Will the price be the same in the big box store as online? - YES

2) Will the C64x come in a full retail box with all the usual manuals, warranty - Yes with the possible exception of the barebones model which may be just a brown box.

3) Is it possible to get production line photos and pallets of completed units? - Yes as soon as it is possible to make such pictures

I understand. That's where we part ways, though, on how we dispense information. I have no NDA with anyone and no one asks me (often) to keep something to myself.
But if you end up speaking often for someone else, you know very well you'll be labelled as having assisted in something.
They obviously have their own spokespersons and a rather vocal owner. I just feel it's better if most information comes from them.
From a PR perspective, though, I'm sure that many managers here over the years have seen it advantageous to have others do some of this legwork for them, since words from trusted sources serve their purposes of creating trust for their own company.
