Recently I've not met up with anyone since Bletchly park.

Out of interest do the curry night things still happen? I guess it'd only be an hour or so train ride for myself to attend.
Wait one... you may well be one of the guys I met at a meet up. I think it was one in Peterborough?

And yes, they still happen, and we're long overdue one

Yep I met you there deffinatly, though I don't recall which one....

If you do arrange a get together let me know, I'll pass it by the missus but I'd like to attend, I've not seen the leander in years, not since I stayed over at his a few years back.

Join this group because if one is organised, it'll probably be there

Me Hi Ryu!

I've met a lot of people from Amiga sites, although even if I could remember their usernames I don't think many of them (still) visit amiga.org (I only pop in every so often myself).

There is one guy I met at Amiga Revival who is definitely on here, had a chat about OS4 and NetSurf, ended up buying an A1200 (or A500?) at the show IIRC. Can' t remember your name, sorry.

Chris

I was just telling my wife that for me life is just meeting new people and asking if they know anything Amiga, so imagine like a pinball game bouncing around inquiring if they know Amiga, I have never met anyone from here but would like to, I have so much Amiga stuff and miss the good ole days when Amiga groups would meet and swap ideas and what not. I travel to the Netherlands and Germany twice a year so any one want to meet in Enschecle NL or Frankfurt Gr or Maryland good ole USA lets meet and swap stuff and knowledge.

I have met tone007 a couple of times, and Amiga4K is an old friend (he isn't here much these days - I'll keep working on him).
I used to go to NCAUG meetings years ago, but that's been so long ago I have forgotten names/handles.

I don't know why this is important but has anyone met Franko? I always wondered what he looked like. Someone said yesterday that he looked like Queen Elizabeth II - Scary!

Franko had a picture of himself as his avatar when he first came around, he looked nothing like the Queen.

Yeah, I'm still here, the gun-toting nut-case that closed off my lovely neighborhood last week (I really wish I was kidding....) didn't get me. :-) Just been keeping busy, and don't get out much. Especially after dark around here....
(I'd invite you over here, except I'm not sure how much ammo/firepower/riot gear you have stocked up. lol)

Yep, met Moto! That was great, lovely sunny day too, but also can't believe how long ago that was... :-/

@spihunter, if you do end up over here, we could arrange a meet up (an drag Moto along as he is into Amiga, AROS and logic too)
