Default No post with sam400ep?
Hi all im trying to get my Sam440EP System up and running but im getting no post i have connected a 20 pin ATX PSU to the power connector and attached the power switch ,reset and power led to it but im getting no post i have tryed it with 512mb dimm with it a nd with out it any ideas have missed something?

Have you tried contacting Acube or the vendor for support? I don't own a Sam and many here don't (though some do).

Is the power supply ok? I have had two power supplies die on PC systems.

there are jumper switches near the cmos battery do i need to set them or something?

could it be because it was from norway and im in britain that i need to change something on the motherboard?

Did you try contacting this member? You could still try contacting Acube for support, the board may still be under warranty. Did you get a manual with it?

True, good point. Do you know the power supply is good? Is there a power switch on the back of the power supply and on? Is there a 110/220 switch on the back and is it switched to 220?

I have 0 (ZERO) experience with SAM, but some PC motherboards used to ship with the clear CMOS jumper set and you have to change this jumper before using it. You really need a manual, maybe Acube has one online for download?

Yeah power switch is on. im getting power just no post/screen it just keeps saying no signal on my monitor? i hope to god the board is not dead. i build pc's as a hobby and have been doing this for 13 years and usually when this happens with a motherboard it is faulty im just praying this is not the case im getting power to the drives, ive ejected the cd drive etc and it works fine im just stumped?
