You can use the AddMem command here:

ahh, well its no use. my zydec 1,5Mb expansion suffers from 'amnesia'. it is now seen as ordinary 512K slowfast RAM.
I had hoped it was nonautoconfig and not broken. (it couldn't be partially autoconfig, right?)

so how to repair it? what do you think, is one of 12 RAM chips broken, or something else? (unfortunately they are not socketed).
I am sure it worked few years ago, when i bought it. all i did now is install the missing (leaked) battery. at least the clock works.

I think you are missing the Gary adaptor, which provide the missing address lines to the expansion port.

In case it is there, I bet one of the wires is snapped.

Trapdoor RAM beyond 512 KB relies on the chipmem config - they work either in 512 KB (most) or 1 MB chipmem config. If you've upgraded Agnus that might be the cause.
