Icons for script files?
« on: June 25, 2010, 09:40:44 AM »
Hello all.

I wrote a little script, and I want it to be easily executable, so I made a .info icon for it with IconEdit (OS 3.1). Now, I get the "Unable to open your tool..." error when I try to launch it. I realize that this is probably because IconEdit only provides options for making disk, drawer, tool, project, and garbage icons, not script icons.

Is there a way to make an icon for a script? "Script" and "Executable" are selected in the script's information window.

You can do that with iconx. Use a project icon and use c:iconx as default tool.
