Do you know how to solder at all or know someone who could help? Especially, if you have the old non-working A1200 power supply? There are details online on how to wire an ATX power supply up to the A1200 power connector. That's what I did for my A1200.

The French Amiga Center has A1200 power connectors as of last year. I bought one of those and took a 24 pin to 20 pin ATX adapter from a motherboard. I cut off the 20 pin side and soldered wires onto the A1200 power connector and onto the correct wires of the ATX adapter. I then had a cable that would connect to any ATX power supply and turn it into an A1200 power supply.

You'll want an ATX power supply with a physical switch on it. If you power supply goes you can readily buy/find new ones.
