I sell my Blizzard 1230 Mk IV.

It comes with:

The card is fully tested and working. I do ask EUR 150,- plus shipping. I do shop worldwide.

That's a little pricey even for a 50mhz model. Does it come with FPU? Also what speed is the memory?

The 1230 comes with 128 MB at 50 ns, which is the fastest module possible. This module alone has a certain worth.

50 ns, slim and fits in the 1230. Then you are very lucky as I paid a fortune for mine.
Is this offer open for everyone or was it a one time lucky punch?

The 68882 is not included in the offer, but if you need one, I can look for a 68882 here.
