Default BlizzardPPC Major Problem

One of those very small components has come off near the scsi chip on the corner near the screw hole for the bvision is there a way to re-solder it back on if there is please ould I have some instructions.

Also the bvision on the very small chip there are 2 broken pins if their is a way to repair that any suggestions would be taken.

(sorry for lack of punctuation.)
