Answering a few things at once:

We do support more than one. The 7000 just happens to have been the first one that got tested with the driver.

It happens to run on the Lite, but the Lite will presumably ship with the SNAP driver, as will the "Full" AmigaOne. I broke my Prometheus, and having alternative/additional test environments available will be a good thing for us while I wait for repair/replacement...

Depends on what you're into. Some people like acrylic windows and neon lights, I don't. I don't like the X-box case, but bought one anyway. I think the PSX2 looks better, but don't have one of them. (shrug) The Xbox has more tinkering options available...

It means palette based.

Great work!

I also read the others GREAT news, AHI OS4 native support for SBLive! and The MicroA1 run Linux (and maybe tomorrow at Graz OS4) at 1066Mhz!!!

Bill replied to my other post on AW and said that this driver will work officially all the way up to the 8500, but *may* (unofficially) work on additional models. (I'm assuming the 9000/9100 series). When it comes to the next series (9200-9800) they are based on a different chip, so it probably wont work there.

BTW, where have you guys seen the price listed for the Micro-A1? I don't recall seeing a price listed anywhere. Or are you just assuming?

exellent , i heard some rumours about this some time ago..SWEET!.

herewegoagain: the price tag is just speculations or what ever.

no price has been shared yet , but it MUST be low to attract everyone who can't afford an amigaone XE etc.
so lets see if Eyetech wants to sell ####loads or a few...

Radeon on A1 + OS4 - that is nothing but genius!!!

Now I just can not wait for some decent SOFTWARE announcements to make use of SB and ATi...

Radeon9200 is more or less a 9000 with AGPx8 support and a slightly higher clock. Sometimes they use even the same PCB...

Hurrah! It even has a teeny lttle boing ball along the top of the Workbench screen (far top left).

Needs a 'Games' icon, though. Nothing fancy, just a pacman eating a ghost. Or Zool...
