Default IdleWOS Update
Just Recently DMX has updated his ppc monitor: IdleWOS

Changes are:
Added a possible check for G3's & G4's (untested). Squashed the window refresh bug.
Added TEXTPEN tooltype for changing the Layout TextPen.

You can find it on Aminet in the util/moni drawer.
