Just wanted to say i voted for WorkBench!
However, i voted for workbench not because it makes AROS more usable (well part of that
- but i think it would be most benifitial.
That is, a workbench will lueur users. ATM you got dos on a disk, which isnt really interesting. When we have ta GUI to play with, Sorry, workbench, it will possibly attract users and hopfuly developers. More developers is always cool
.
On the poll page they mention improving workbench will be done later. I hope they work on something similar to AmigaOS. That is integrate a magic menu and birdie type system into it intuition (or whatever GUI library they use)!!!
Would be so purdy... But the point is, Workbench will make it look like a more complete OS!! - which will luerer people looking for that alternate OS.
Also, there needs to be an easy way to install AROS on you x86 HDD!!!
