Death Bed Vigil DVD in the UK

I've had the Death Bed Vigil video for about five or so years now and have watched it scores of times (and the first factory tour part literally hundreds of times).

I'd really like to get hold of the new DVD but am not sure where to buy it in the UK (if that's even possible) and whether the UK region DVDs are generally working well in practice.
