Default 1st ever dealing with AmigaKit...

In a word - WOW! I ordered my Deneb a few days ago and it arrived via FedEx today. Yeah, from England to the middle of redneck USA, this package arrived quicker than the typical USPS 'Priority' package would have domestically!! Communication far exceeded my expectations as well. Matthew sent at least 3 e-mails Re: the status of the dispatch, tracking, etc. That kind of follow through is always appreciated and sets the standard for the entire online industry.

And believe it or not (for me, one of the first ever hardware/software upgrades Amigawise sans Kickstart - lol), Deneb installed without a hitch! Very good documentation, especially considering the translation from German. Product seems to be very well built and should last a long, long time. Haven't hooked anything else to it besides a powered hub and flash card yet, but am able to read what's on it just fine. An amazing product that I know I will get a lot of use out of.

Thank you AmigaKit! Hats off to your professionalism in service and product. I look forward to future purchases with you!

Silly goose! It didn't arrive *that* fast... lol

Yeah, there is a lot of praise for them, but you've got to give credit where credit is due. In this climate of poor communication and unprofessional dealings, I guess I am amazed that anyone gets it right anymore. Service industry is in the pooper big time these days. Especially where I reside.

a friend of mine had a lot of problems when ordering from AmigaKit. IIRC, he was trying to pay with his company bank account and it didn't go well. a lot of delays and frustrations. :-(

Understandable if it was a question of non-authorised purchase or seemingly non-authorised purchase *IF* buyers name was/is not on the company bank account. Security and all that. Companies and individuals alike are more aware than ever of potential scamming - and the scenario listed above is quite common. Not saying your friend was trying to pull a fast one, just that perhaps he would not have experienced a problem had he paid with his own account that was in his name, etc.

Having bought many things from AmigaKit I can heap tons of praise on them too! I'd buy my PC stuff from them too if they sold it. They define customer service!

I have had quite a few dealings with Matthew in the past and would recommend Amigakit to anyone.

I'd be more than happy if I maintained his standard of service in my own business.

Any company that puts it's customers first deserved every success.....and no I'm NOT being paid to say this
