Cocolino mouse

What's the best software to use with the Cocolino mouse? They mention MUIWheel12, MCC_Nlist0_89, and IntuiWheel10 in the docs that came with the Cocolino mouse adapter.

Is there any way to switch the buttons for a left handed mouse?
