1084s - P1 Flyback
« on: November 14, 2008, 04:47:26 PM »
My 1084 blew it's horizontal output transistor, so I'm thinking the flyback is also bad. Is there a North American supplier for these? # is E39144   AT2079. So far I've found lots of pictures of ones on Google, but no one selling.
Thanks, Len

Hi,
check a HrDiemens replacement one's on their site.

it may be the HR-2070.

You just need to find the good reseller or buy it online.

I suggest you the check and change PSU diode, BU508 (driver) and capacitor around the flyback, including those plastic one's !

You might also have a look at the solder joints on the flyback. I've seen a lot of them crack at the board.

Hi,
Thanks guys I'll check those items. I was hoping there would be a seller in the U.S. or Canada, I saw someone selling whole boards a few years ago, but can't remember where!!
