Would have thought so. I can see why they are charging this,its to try and re-coup some of their massive dev costs.

So it is not so much as an update as a new version? Under requiered it does not say you need OS4, only the hardware.

So is there a poss. that they may put out an upgrade for OS4 users w/ A1 boards?

The only people that can use this new version are people with A1 boards. There's no point in having two prices. If they were selling it for other systems too, then maybe a higher-cost version for completely new users would make sense.

If i recall correctly Acube's statement about this, they said that support for classic Amigas has been dropped and classic users will only receive bug fixes for OS4 in the future.
