And with much higher transferrates if you got a good memory card.

Well I bought 4 adapters from ebay. They all worked. This is the seller: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZvamdicky.10

All the adapters worked in all my Amiga's on IDE port's or the PowerFlyer.

I double checked with you as I was unable to get my IDE > CF adaptor to work on the Tandem device in my A4000. But after putting a file called AT into Workbench:Expansion in the early hours of this morning, it is working perfectly 8-)

I can now bid on your A4000 Power Flyer feeling confident the CF adaptor type that I've bought will work on one of those too :-)

good stuff :-)

i just bought three 44pin to compact flash adapters for a pound! madness, and they work/boot up fine in A1200's there doesn't seem to be a better IDE solution for miggys these days :-D
