Default Free part-depopulated A4000 mobo and ROM's

I was given a faulty A4000 mobo a while back that I have since used for parts. The RTC IC/Crystal/Trimmer, CPU socket, both 23 pin D connectors and the oscillators (And one or two other bits) have since been removed from the board, but stuff like the SIMM sockets seem to be OK and undamaged.
This board hasn't been damaged by battery corrosion, so all the IC's around the RTC area all appear to be in good condition and might be useful as replacements.

Prior to removing the above parts; I removed and stored the two A4000 ROM IC's in a antistat tube, both are V40.68 (C) 1983-1997 Amiga Int. Inc Licensed to Power Computing Ltd.

As the board was faulty when it was given to me I can't guarantee that anything on it works.

If you're interested in the above board and ROM's, they’re free, providing you can collect it from me, Nr Doncaster.
I might throw in a few more general PC bits as well if I can turn anything up.

Please post here on this thread - First person to reply will get the bits.

Hodgkinson.

Hey, Hodg.

Why not put it into the "Recycle Bin" of Amibay?

Btw, when I say, part de-populated, I mean part-depopulated, and no way of ever rebuilding it. Here's the CPU connector that was removed to repair another A4000.

alexh: Yep, the Super Buster is rev 390537-09.

rakuer: Recycle bin? Where abouts is it?

Tahoe: What is it you're looking for? Since there doesn't seem to be anyone nearby intrested, then I suppose im going to have to ship  .

Hey, would it be OK if I sen't the Buster IC to alexh and the rest of the board to Tahoe? Just depends on what you're looking for there Tahoe...

Sure, send the Buster to Alexh.
Is that part around the CPU connector sawed off this board? Aiii
I am interested in any salvagable parts left on the board, in this case that might be the flip-flop near the RTC, the RTC itself, the SIMM sockets etc etc
I could also do well with the 40.68 ROMS if they are included

Hi Hodgkinson,
Greeting from Singapore?
I was thinking of upgrading my A4000 to KS3.1 ROM .....
If they're still available may i have them please? I'll pay the postage cost of course.
I can send you some Amiga extras in exchange.
Regards,
Bonami

I thought you asked me if it was okay to ship the buster to Alexh and the remaining stuff across the (little) pond...

Was I wrong?

That's fine, im just wondering if Kin-Hell 's offer has changed things, hence the confusion. So you're still OK for the board?

I'll try and get you a postage quote sometime soon.

alexh: If you're still up for the IC, then i'll go and desolder it. No gaureentees that its in working order, and I accept no responsibility for it frying your A4000. Its up to you.

Bonami: You're intrested in the ROM's? What kind of exchange did you have in mind?

(Good lord, three way deal now )

I assume that you all have PayPal, right? I don't have an account personally, but a friend does. I'll make arrangements.
