Default strange arc behavior

Hi all,
I use an internal IDE Zip drive to transfer files I take at work from internet to my amiga at home. I use Fat95 as a filesystem for the pc formatted zip. I had a crash during a transfer then after the reboot SFS (my HD filesystem) was complaining about something (did not look carefully at it) and everything looks allright.
Now the funny thing is that under Dopus, when I copy arc files (lha or zip) to my HD and decompress to ram or list the contents, there are missing files. For instance a zip containing a text file and adf file : after copying and desarc, only the text is in the archives. More strange : if I desarc from the zip disk to the ram I get both files. Even more strange : if I do everything from the WB everything is fine. So can someone explains me what the hell is this ?

@lionstorm

seems a Filesystem related problem.

The arc files name, has spaces in it?

The IDE Zip and the IDE hd, has the same MaxTransfer?

The most secure way, is to backup the interested HD partition, and reformat it (or try to repair it).

Ciao

I removed the spaces in the arc files. Maybe it is also something to do with dopus and xadpackage, because If I copy them within the WB files are allright. AFAIR the mask is the same and I transfer files for quite some time with never any problems. This happens because of a reboot during a move operation.
