Default .PDF files

I bought a WarpEngine accellerator off EBay.
It did NOT have the manual included.
I went to Amiga-Hardware.com and downloaded
the manual.
After de-arcing the file it is in a ****.PDF format.

(probably stupid of me but)
What is a '***.PDF ' file and what do I use to read it?

Go to Aminet, download APDF.lha "if not exact-almost". some PDF's are
encrypted, follow the address to french site to download. Install all.
Don't forget to set browser viewer prefs. all should be
good.
btw, PDF is portable document format.

The Portable Document Format, or PDF format, is a variant of postscript meant to be viewable on screen across platforms. It was invented by the wonderful folks at Adobe. There are many viewers available for various platforms, APDF being the most popular one for the Amiga platform. On most other plaforms you can use Adobe's own viewer, Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat is the application that most non-amiga people use to create complex PDF documents.

Happy viewing. :-)
