Located supplier for new Varta 3.6v batteries

If you want the original Amiga's Varta battery, 3.6v 70mAh Ni-Mh, go here.

http://www.newark.com/jsp/Power+Products/Batteries/VARTA/3/V80H/displayProduct.jsp?sku=06WX2749

I live in FL. Shipping was from SC. Ordered 6 batteries for less than $33 and shipping was $6.95

You get no invoice (rather ackward I felt). Just nicely packed items. If you do create an account, you get follow up emails on your order.

Thought I'd pass this along. The people here have been great.
Won\'t hide my location.

I've been buying mine from Mouser.  Tracked the part to them about five years ago.

Varts 3/V80H @ Mouser.com

Thanks for the info, added the links and current prices to my RTC battery replacement guide.

Yeah, the photos are shocking.  I've been meaning to do something about that for years!  I ordered a new camera earlier today in a burst of enthusiasm :-)
