If the price is good, I´m in... Sometimes is cheaper to import the complete board than buying the components locally.

Looks like 19 to 26 so far, depending on final price. I hope someone can provide a supply for these people that can't make one for themselves. I think the demand is actually at least ten times that number, but that is still not enough to make it a viable product for manufacturers. It needs more development and a case to become a retail item.

I could probably solder my own, but I suspect I'd get impatient and end up screwing it up, so I'd rather buy one pre-built.

Hi all

I dont have the skills to make my own minimig so I am waiting on people like Crom00 to get his minimig production off the ground. I was wondering how many other people are waiting like me?
I'd like one some day. It would depend on price. I already use winUAE for my hobby needs.

Seems to me, the sane thing to do would be to wait for the port to the Terasic DE-1 board. Then just buy one of those. It's only $150 USD. Terasic DE1

Can anyone deliver an assembled Minimig for less?

Got my first assembled Mini Mig... Where in tarnation can I get a power supply for this thing. Have some 5V dc supplies around but the connectors are too thin.

Also, I'm the the USA. Land of 60hz. If I plug the minimig into a 60hz 5v power supply will I fry the thing?

Where did you get it from? Who made it?

Congrats on the minimig. Try these guys for a power supply. They seem to have lots of surplus units. The 60/50 Hz thing is not an issue. The minimig wants 5v DC. Look at Dennis' minimig manual on his web site. You should be able to mod one of those DC supplies you already have by changing to the right connector. WATCH THE POLARITY.

Just pop into radioshack and get one of those 800ma multi supplies with the interchangeable tips. Bring the board in when you go, they have a pile of tip testers on a braid, just ask. That will get you up and running tonight.

5v center positive, and the design requires a regulated power supply. ( the radio shack branded multi adapters are regulated)

Ooooooh, what the hell! I just bought an unpopulated Minimig v1.1 PCB from this eBay auction.
I'm hoping to collect the required parts and... well... either do some soldering myself, or have some local expert do it for me. Either way, I'm having one built.
