Default LF: A1200 3.1 ROMs and OS 3.5
What's the best way to get these? Just order from Amigakit or (please suggest) some other supplier? Anyone have 'used parts' available?

I'm already scrounging for an accelerator/ram board. I understand I need 4mb fastram for 3.5.

I don't know where you are located, but I can sell you my copy of AmigaOS 3.5.

P.S. You can't go wrong buying from AmigaKit.

Why get 3.5 rather than 3.9?

I got my first a1200 from Vesalia (www.vesalia.de). A scom amiga magic pack, with ide 4 way adapter, hd, idefix 97, ... No problem.
I've got the rest of my miggys 2nd hand, from ebay and other pages.

Mostly because I figured it would be lots cheaper and the hardware requirement would be less. I now see that 3.9 works on the same hardware as 3.5. So mostly now because it's lots cheaper... I dunno, I still need to find an expansion before I do anything....

I have ordered from AmigaKit and they are pretty good. I live in the USA and had no problems recieving my order just took a little longer thats all. Cheers
