you can think that you have the right to do anything in the world reality might be a bit different. my freedom of speech does not give me the right to scream into your ear, or prevent others from exercising their right to free speech.

it was publicly said, they tell you how much time you have at the mic and that the mic will be turned off if you go over.

do you think we have police standing around with tasers reader to zap you if you get out of line? this was a peaceful event untill this guy got out of hand. if you check other sites about this story you will see he had pleanty of time. in this video in fact (as has already been stated) one of the people actually there said he was warned repeatedly before action was taken.

the question had nothing to do with it. remember most of the people there were democrats who probably didnt disagree with the question. Mr. Kerry probably didnt completely disagree with it.

what if they didnt use it and tried to wrestle this guy out and someone innocent got injured (hit, kicked etc.) we would then have a discusion about why the officers didnt do their job.

someone might get a slap and sue the place and win a million bucks because security didnt keep them safe in an organized event.
tazer zap isnt exactly on par with a nuclear blast.
people like you bewilder me.

what should police do with someone like this. you still havent answered the question.
say you put up the effort to organize an event and you got a speaker like Mr Kerry. hundreds of people show up, all of whom have questions for the speaker and would like a chance to ask. now say someone gets the mic and becomes beligerent. when asked to stop they cause a disturbance so you ask them to leave. they get worse so you call security. next thing you know they are kicking and yelling and jumping up and down resisting the security.
again i ask what would you do, what should they have done. if you think tasers are too much (nuke, geeze) than what?
