Default Blizzard ppc heatsink questions

Hi
I was just wondering if the heatsink on a Blizzard ppc is normally easy to remove once the clips are removed??

So is that normal?Or should the thermal pad/paste whatever hold it on and take more force to remove?
Thanks..

Yes, it's really easy to remove.
A lot of the time there is virtually no thermal paste under there, and I've never seen one with an adhesive thermal pad.
It may be a good idea to remove it and put a small dot of paste on the cpu.

I have a metal plate between the heatsink and CPU and thermal paste on both sides of the metal plate.
