Just out of interest does anyone know how to register this prog. The registration link on their website ain't working and I was wanting to use the locked out features. I can't find a link to contact anyone about it.

Sorry if I gave the wrong impression. I'm not looking for someone to give me a free copy of magicwb. I was hoping that someone on here might know the developers or could point me to somewhere I can register or contact them.

By 'free' I was meaning freeware so warez.

As a follow on from my original post I'm thinkin of using Scalos and MUI but only if i can't get anywere with MagicWB. I can register MUI from the same site as MagicWB just don't know if that would cover both items.

If you don't succeed in registering it, go to Aminet and download the MagicWB icon packs from there. Start with all the RabbitIcons and RomIcons packs, they should have replacement icons for pretty much all your programs.

Also download the "IconPack" archive to get iconizer, a tool which lets you copy icons while retaining the destination icon's tooltypes etc.

The lockpens functionality of MagicWB should be available in different forms in different utilities on Aminet. Try FastIPrefs, for example.

The copper-pattern background program is basically WBVerlauf, also available from Aminet.
