Default Cable Assembler Required

Can anyone in the UK help?

I've almost completed my A1200 tower conversion and have run into a little snag ...

I've got a cable with the standard A1200 power connector attached at one end but no AT (P8) connector on the other.

This is basically the final step (apart from putting the case covers back on and powering up) but can't go any further until this is sorted. I don't mind paying postage both ways plus extra for the person's time and trouble.

If there's anyone out there who can fit one of these connectors I'd be grateful

PM me or view my profile for email contact info.

what you need is the original elbox 1200 power tower,
power adaptor from elbox part No 562AT12 EUR 12.95.
this has the P9 & P8 sockets and fits into the std 1200 power socket.

contact mathew at amigakit.com to check this is right,
if so elbox has them in stock.

Nope ... thats no good for me Twizzle. That just adapts an ATX power supply to an AT supply.

Let me expand on what i need ...

I already have a working fully functioning 200w AT power supply ... what I need is for somebody to fit the matching P8 connector to a power cable that already has the A1200 power plug fitted at one end.

So in summing up ...

Length of cable with A1200 power connector already fitted BUT nothing on the other end ... needs a P8 connector fitting onto it, so I can attach it to the relevant connector on the power supply.

Although, contacting Amigakit is a good idea :-)
