Default Is scalos good on A3000 w16mb ram?

I'd like to know if scalos is worth installation. I have a cybervision 64 card and 18MB ram.

Will I have trouble with it?
Is it stable?
Is it easy to install?
What is your experience?

THanks

Probably. I did.

No. I got more crashes with it than any other program in recent memory. Actually, the last program that crashed this much WAS Scalos - when I attempted to install it 4 years ago.

No. I had to edit the install script to stop the History text file from opening (ate up all available memory - 8Mb, then crashed). It's even harder to uninstall.

All I can say is "Thank GOD I made a backup of my Workbench".

You can try ClassicWB, works absolutely flawless here on 3000D.

Now that is cool, thanks for the link. I'll try that on my A1200D, I was just busy with painstakingly installing all this stuff by hand. :-)
