I'm trying to upload my avatar, but I'm getting mime problems.
They are within the size and storage limits
I have tried using PPaint to save them as gifs,and I've used GFXcon to convert them to JPGs and GIFs.
Do these not save pics "properly"? Whassgoinon?

What browser did you try to upload them with? I couldn't get it to work with AWeb, Voyager or IBrowse and eventually had to resort to a PC browser to do it.

Ironic - you need a PC to get the most out of an Amiga website.

I have tried to use AWEB 2 to surf, but a lot of stuff dosen't work.
Even Amiga.org dosen't display correctly and loads slowly.
Amiga 1200, Blizzard 060/50 , 128 ram, PowerTower, Mediator PCI, Voodoo 3, 10/100 NIC, 1Gb HD, SCSI CD rom, OS 3.9 and AWEB 2 v: 3.4 full.
My guess is either the old 060 is too damn slow to work in todays environment, or AWEB is not up to date.

THE Amiga is fast enough and by far superior to the pc and mac,stilll. the problem is the webbrowser. think of it this way if it cant decypt something over the net liek say java or a new php it will take time trying ot do it-hence the slow down. The other problems are having to do with our browser cant see or do. :-D DOnt worry Hombre Clone is commig out.
