Default Apollo 1240 to 1260 modification

I'm going to buy an Apollo 1240 next month, so I would like to know if anyone has a link to the card's manual. I'd also like to have some information about the way(s) to modify the 1240 to 1260 (I read somewhere that it's possible). Any help would be appreciated...

There is a guy on this website called PG who offers a conversion, send him your 1240 + your v6 68060 plus a wadge of cash and he sends you back an over clocked (80MHz?) 1260.

The conversion requires a new EPROM, a voltage regulator, a crystal and the de-soldering / resoldering of the CPU.
