I want to print a jpeg file.
Just a small 42KB picture. As soon as I want to print it with multiview I get a out off memory. Printing the picture in pagestream goes ok except some stripes on the picture. But is there a nice replacement for multiview? For 060/ppc processor and os 3.9 BB1+BB2 |

I do have turboprint.
Version 7.0 which also has some bugs I believe. Must upgrade to latest version soon. Anyway found "graphicpublisher" in the turboprint package which does a nice job on printing the jpeg pictures. Still strange that multiview has problems or is it a datatypes thing? Was looking into Sview but quite a large package and I only want a fast viewer which can print everything it can show. Is there no patch or something. Versions multiview:45.9 datatypes.library:44.47 and picasso96 printerpatch 1.11 |

Did you have TurboPrint running (TurboStart in WBstartup or startup-sequence) when you tried printing with Multiview?
When printing, TurboPrint sucks memory like a ditch pig. I once ran out of memory printing a small 23k jpeg by itself in 360dpi - and I had 8Mb free! (they should specify that 16Mb is the bare MINIMUM requirements to use it. 2Mb my ass!) The problem is that if you try printing without TurboPrint, the quality is poor or you might not even be able to print because the printer is not recognized without it. |

Yes turboprint is running.
But lots off mem here. Around 160MB so that should be enough. Still think it is a bug in multiview. Gonna check aminet again to see anything shows up. |

I think You can't use P96s printerpatch with TurboPrint.
(in docs of P96 write something about). Just try without patch.
