Default Running A4000 3.0 chips in an A2000?

I have some spare 3.0 rom chips from an old A4000 that I upgraded to 3.1. Can I use these 3.0 chips from an A4000 in an A2000 which is currently running 1.3 chips?

AFAIK no. the roms have software in for spesific harware as aga and ide port at least. i think (but not sure) that a2k have one rom chip and a4k 2.

yes a2k use one chip rom. a2k 3.1 rom
