Hi everyone,
I'm going for the many heads are better than one approach here (and no, that's not a reference to my username) - I've lost ALL the email stored in my lycos email account - an account I've had a for a few years and an account I used for correspondence with an internet bank. I want to contact them, but CANNOT find the contact details anywhere!!!! Call me a cynic, but I think companies like that (and ebay) deliberately obfuscate their contact details, if they provide them at all, to lower costs and perhaps to be completely devoid of customer service. Does anyone know where I can find their bloody contact details? I mean, are they staring me in the face and I can't see them or something?!? many thanks in advance for your help - I'm having a bad day as regards such things as customer service - {bleep}s! they want your money, but don't want to do anything for it!

Hey old bean...
Lycos UK LTD 8th Floor 1 Stephen Street London W1T 1AL Tel + 44 (0)20 7462 9200 Fax + 44 (0)20 7462 9300 Of course that isn't the tech department, they don't give direct contact details for that. But hopefully the details above will get your foot in the door. Well if it was me I would be phoning repeatedly until I got satisfaction. |
