hardware hack to disable A4000 IDE port
« on: August 06, 2005, 10:18:42 PM »
I would like to use that hack from Aminet  (no4000ide.lha) for disabling IDE, but don't have 5K resistors ATM, can I use 10K resistors instead ?
Better sorry than worry.

You can use 10k resistors connected in parallel, to make 5k circuits.
In matter of fact, there are not 5k resistors. It's not a commercial value. Altought you can use 4.7k ones.

    Marcelo.
