Default Grey screen and won't reset with keyboard
Just purchased a Toaster/Flyer tower that I inspected, saw working and transported from the sellers house to mine. I hooked everything up exactly as it was with the one exception of using one of my 1084 monitors for the Amiga output and his 1084S for the Flyer output. Turned it on and all I get is a grey screen from the Amiga video output. Also it does not appear to reboot when I press the Ctrl-A-A keys. I then switched monitors and got the same results.

Any ideas? I have forgotten what the screen colors for startup mean. Is it just that the Amiga video display from the A4000 has quit working?

Try reseating the CPU card. It will often move slightly out
of the socket anytime the machine is moved. Also doublecheck
all the ribbon cable connections. Memory is probably fine.
Loose memory produces a different error.
