Default A2000 Battery backed clock circuit

Can someone tell me where to find the A2000
battery backed clock circuit diagram.
(something a dummy can read)
I'm trying to repair the clock circuit on my
A2K and don't know how the circuit works.
I installed a new battery and it doesn't work.
(won't hold the time)

I'm waiting for Chain to scan service manuals for a2000, those should be helpful to you too.
BTW, you can easily find a501 schematics, maybe its similar in design
:-)

I documented all this a while ago:
http://amiga.serveftp.net/RTCrepair.html

It's aimed at the A4000D, but the theory of operation is pretty much the same in the A2000.
