Default Amiga HW maker ? AHT Europe
Personally I never hear about this company b4 2day, I just browse at computercity and I find that they advertise a new(?) GFX-card for z2/z3 system. AmiVD, with high spec 3dfx graphics processor.

There is also a link to company webpage, http://www.ahteurope.com/
At this page I find nothing about this gfx-card, but they do have the Vivaldi midi interface for classic amiga.
They also write about AROS, and it look like they want to make this available to run on their PPC multimedia Set-Top boxes.

And the announcements is rather recent (in amiga-time recent, 12-2004.
But no more sign of the gfx card though...

Looks like they also have aquired the rights to the Matay busboard technology.

Anyone know anything more about this company plans?

Cannot read Dutch I'm afraid, but however, babelfish translates it rather well into english

But the thread is also from des. 2004, so it tells not so much about what plans they have now.

Appearantly their new card, based on the Prometheus, is not ready yet and therefor they might want to keep it silent for the time being :-?

Hi,

The videocard (AmiVD is a 'working-name') is slowly progressing and will be out once it is fully ready and tested.

Current status is that it is in beta and working, but some more testing and driver developments are needed.

As for AROS, several developer boxes have been delivered to AROS developers, no further information to be released yet, though.

The Amiga/Pegasos/Linux/Mac/etc. MIDI interfaces are available.
